Since a quorum was not obtained at the March 19, 2026 Annual Meeting, the procedures authorized under Section 5-206(b) of the Corporations and Associations Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland have been invoked. Under these procedures, the Annual Meeting was adjourned to a later date, at which time those homeowners present in person or by proxy will represent a quorum.

The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect four (4) individuals to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term. At this time, five candidate statements have been received. To comply with recently enacted voting procedures of the Maryland legislature, this year’s Annual Meeting election will be held through the Election Buddy electronic platform.
