Are you ready for Pool Season?
The pool opened on Saturday, May 23rd!
Everyone using the pool who is 5 years of age or older must have a valid 2026 pool pass and your account balance must be current. Even if you were issued a pass last year, you must apply again for 2026.

Memorial Day Trash & Recycling
Trash will be collected as usual on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th.
Recycling will slide by one day, to Wednesday, May 27th.
Park Overlook Safety Committee
As a safety precaution, the Safety Committee would like to remind residents to keep their outside lights on for visibility and safety purposes.
In addition, the Board of Directors would like to direct residents to the Montgomery County Fire Marshal at the Office of the Fire Marshal, Code Compliance (240) 777-2457 or via MC311 regarding questions concerning outdoor grilling or other fire devices.
